2009 AUTO INSURANCE UPDATE

We would first like to wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season and a happy, healthy new year. As most of you are well aware by now, April 1, 2008 marked the introduction of competitive rating for Massachusetts automobile insurance. Now that we are more than 7 months into this new environment we wanted to share our perspective with you as to how things are going:

First, we are thrilled to report that most all of our clients are seeing sizable savings on their auto premiums. Since we represent some of the largest automobile insurers in Massachusetts, those carriers have truly "stepped up to the plate" in offering some of the most generous rate reductions available. In fact, when we have been asked to compare against a competitor's quote, we are very rarely beaten. We expect most people's rates to continue to be reduced in 2009. This is especially good news when it seems all of your other household expenses are on the rise.

The largest success has come when we have been able to package our clients auto AND homeowners policies. With many of our companies offering as much as 20% credit for combining your business with them, we have been able to find the best TOTAL VALUE for our clients.
